Shipping Policy

Note, due to our small business growing we are currently experiencing longer than expected shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Once your order has been placed Namour Clothing Co. will typically generate your shipping label within 7-10 days. Note, you will receive a shipping confirmation which may include a tracking number if applicable. Keep in mind, international shipments, meaning outside of the United States, will not be provided with a tracking number. All international shipments are shipped using USPS or UPS, and typically take 6-8 business days to arrive, unless overseas, which take slightly longer. Please note that when receiving a "shipping confirmation" email that does NOT mean your order has been shipped, that simply means Namour Clothing Co. has generated your shipping label and is preparing your order. As stated, with our small business growing this time frame may be as long as 7-10 business days. Although we truly try our best to get orders out in a timely manner. It is our responsibility to get your package to the courier, although keep in mind once delivered to USPS or UPS we Namour Clothing Co. are no longer responsible for arrival times, delivery updates, or lost packages. If upon delivery your package has been damaged we will gladly accommodate in any way we can. Simply contact our customer service team noted below.
